Lewisham Council has launched an early stage consultation on potential changes to the eastern side of Beckenham Place Park and want to hear the views of Beckenham residents.
The council are considering changes to the Common and Summerhouse Fields areas of Beckenham Place Park and are seeking to secure funding to deliver any improvements.
The information gathered from the consultation, which closes on April 26, will be fed into the development design ideas – which the council will then be seeking views on the following month.
Lewisham Council, via their website, state: “We are very keen to engage the local and wider community at an early stage in the design process to help understand the qualities and character of this part of the park and what needs to be improved and what positive things can be emphasised.”
