Residents flocked to Beckenham Place Park for the all new Sunset Foodie Market on a hot Thursday last week for an evening of fun, sun and great food.
The Sunset Foodie Market is a new weekly event which takes place in the grounds of Beckenham Place Mansion and runs from 5pm to 10.30pm every Thursday.
Organised by the team who run the popular Beckenham Market, it is one of two brand new events and includes a bar, music and a wide range of food stalls.
The other is a Monthly Market, also taking place at Beckenham Place Park on the third Sunday of each month from 10am-3pm.
Entry to both events is free and all traders selling their wares are handpicked on quality, individuality and affordability. This includes the likes of Sapore Vero, Route 66, Talented Kitchen and The Greek Way.
Selina Mifsud, who runs the markets, told News in Beckenham: “Both the new markets were very successful and we had very good support from the Beckenham community.”
